LEADERSHIP FORUM
A two-day conference enabling women to engage in a series of online workshops and conversations. Attendees learned new insights on leadership strategies, practical skills and professional growth in the building industry! AIM’s goal was to engage you in the process of building your professional and personal leadership plan. The take-away was a practical growth strategy for 2021 and beyond.
BTEA SafeBuild
Created to highlight BTEA’s commitment as the construction contractor’s advocate. Leading the industry in safety and environmental standards, integrity, cost efficiency, productivity and value for improving the quality of life in NYC. This year’s Forum offered employees from both the public and private sector the opportunity to learn about how to manage weather on the job and safety practices.

Brings together representatives of Long Island’s diverse business community. This event offered small, diverse businesses an opportunity to meet with prospective buyers and PSEG Long Island decision-makers to discuss their products and services.

MTA & GCA DESIGN BUILD
Learn firsthand from GCA contractors and industry leaders about the design build process, what certified firms need to know about the alternative delivery method and what happens once you have received a contract.
GCA along with the MTA will provide certified Minority and Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBEs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) with additional connections, skillsets and industry insights needed to grow their firm and increase their capacity to participate on larger civil and heavy highway projects at the MTA using design build.
